Online Coaching Utilizing the Vdot 02 App. Learn more

Vdot 02 is an online training platform for athletes and coaches that helps create training programs based on your personal abilities. It was inspired and developed from the scientific training philosophies of legendary distance running coach Jack Daniels.

Vdot 02 uses your performances to calculate your Vdot Score, based on that score you will be assigned training paces. As you increase your performances your training paces will automatically update.
